People tend to believe that the entertainment industry corrupts the innocent with sex, drugs and money, leaving a string of empty souls, and anorexic junkies in its wake. Although this may be true in some cases, the reality of it is that if the aspiring artist has issues to deal with prior to becoming a part of the business, their problems may only get worse. Knowing ones self worth, having confidence, self respect, being aware of their boundaries, and understanding the world around them gives them more power to succeed.
Every month MODEL101 will be participating in causes, that are predominantly driven by issues affecting our youth. We want to offer a platform for our students, to give a voice to those that are silenced, while potentially "freeing" themselves at the same time.
The goal is to make us all stronger and to Break the Silence. Kids/teens will be able to talk to the models directly and communicate through social media. We have a life coaches, counselors and therapists on board for those who need it.
If you, or someone you know is experiencing abuse, send us your story (email/video) with us. www.industryuncovered.com (Confidential Source)

Sexual Assault Awareness
Alexandra Marshall is ready to "Break the Silence" and she hopes that this will encourage you to do the same. You no longer have to be ashamed, feel dirty, or less than anyone else. Take control of that pain and let it drive you to a better place. It's the abusers that are dirty, they should feel ashamed. The more we talk about it, the more we support each other...the less power these people will have.
